At Deux Amis, we know that each and every project is unique and will likely be tailored to meet the clients needs. However, we have developed a menu of three Design Packages with optional A La Carte services that align with the traditional design phases.

CONCEPT DESIGN
$500/room (approximately 4 design hours*)
  • Conceptual Mood Board - inspirational images, suggested paint color schemes, etc
  • Preliminary Layout Sketch
  • Lagniappe - “a little something extra” - suggestions or design solutions we discovered through the process, including suggested next steps

DESIGN & DOCUMENTS
 $1000/room (approximately 8 design hours*)
  • Includes Package A
  • Finalized Mood Board with curated selections for the space
  • Detailed and Dimensioned Drawings
  • Lagniappe - “a little something extra” - suggestions or design solutions we discovered through the process, including suggested next steps

CONSTRUCT & INSTALL
hourly rate of $150/hr billed after completion of Package A & B
  • 20% mark up on furnishings and finishes
  • Project Management: procurement and installation
  • Coordinating and Managing sub contractors (if needed)
